Receipts, Letter of Allocation, Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment & Restrictive Estate Covenent

What other payments do I pay apart from the payment of the land?

Survey plan N150,000 (subject to review)
Legal Documentation N100,000 (subject to review)
Premium/Development fee, yet to be determined

What document will I get after initial deposit?

A starter pack comprising of Receipt, Sales invoice & a Deed of contract

When will my plot(s) be allotted to me?

At full payment

Who is in charge of maintenance of the Estate?

Is there any restrictions as to type of building I can build?

Yes, you are limited to build residential houses within the area designated as residential and commercial houses on areas designated as commercial. Provision of shops in residential houses and building of tenement type (popularly known as face me/face you) is not permitted.

What will the developmental fee be used for?

Construction of drainage Systems, kerbs, electrification, street lighting, landscaping and provision of road networks within the estate.

What do I get after completion of payment for the land?

Letter of Allocation, Survey Plan and Deed of Assignment

Can I pay a deposit and pay balance any time within the duration of tenure?

Yes, Payments are to be made on monthly basis within the stipulated 20 months

What happens if I cannot complete my payment?

You can transfer your property to an interested subscriber at an initial rate

Does Landmark Corporate Realty Ltd charge interest to the balance of payment?

The transaction is 0% interest free

Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?

Subscribers are encouraged to take possession and mobilize to site within 3 months of allocation in other to control weed in case where the land is unkempt. Operators have autonomous power to re-allocate the same plot to another customer while the existing owners are allocated elsewhere within the estate.
